Alice Concetta Hands is a contemporary painter based in Stroud, Cotswolds, UK, working primarily in oil paint and mixed media. Her practice is driven by an interest in translating her experience of the visual world into paint, exploring how colour and bold palettes can reshape perception and challenge conventional readings of a subject.
She completed a Fine Art Foundation Diploma at SGS College before earning a BA (Hons) Fine Art Degree from the University of Chichester.
Rooted in close observation, her work balances structure with experimentation to create visually engaging compositions that encourage new ways of seeing.
